Facebook Login Error Troubleshooting
Frozen signup screen
If your account freezes up when you are trying to create it, there is a fatal error with your Facebook account that will probably not be fixable. This is a bug on Facebook side so we cannot fix it for you.
The best solution is to start over and create an account with your email address instead. You may need to use a different email address than the one associated with your Facebook account.
If your browser is frozen no matter what you do, the solution is to open a new private browser window, and sign up with email.
If this has happened to you, and you have already paid for a Gold membership, you should contact us and we will issue a promo code for a free Gold membership, for your new account.

The best solution is to delete your DateID account and create a new one with your email address. Depending on the error you are getting, you may need to use a different email address than the one associated with your Facebook account.
